I’m Karla, a stylist of over 20 years and an expert of premium grey blending.
You've seen my work. You've watched me grow. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients worldwide, transitioning from full coverage to softer, more natural blends.
Over the years, I’ve mastered a method that creates natural results every time.
I created The True Grey Blend because I believe stylists deserve to feel confident and skilled when working with white hair; let's be honest this technique needed to be in salons years ago!

Frequently Asked Questions
Access to the course platform will be from Monday 16th October 2026. The first live call for those with the GOLD Pathway will be Monday 12th October. The course will run during October and November, then we take December off and finish in January 2027.
All sessions are recorded and uploaded to a training platform.
You should be confident with basic colour theory and application. This is for stylists ready to advance.
